A Day at the Waterpark: Part I, The Noah

... "A waterpark!?" a man within the shadows of the light spoke, with a tinge of being shocked, surprised, and aghast.
"Yes, a waterpark. *heart*" The Millennium Earl grinned, with his hands clenched together on top of the oval table.
The assembly of the Clan of the Noah was called to announce a important issue regarding the Black Order. Around the small assembly, was a room filled with bizarre frames and candles that littered the wall. Today, the table was foodless, as it was rarely, and some of the Noah were now wishing that there was food to calm their curiousity.
"Since when have you owned a waterpark?" the same man draped in shadow asked, hands gripping the table. "We have been under your guidance for over 7,000 years, but you have never mentioned a waterpark!" The man almost seemed like he was going to explode from outrage.
"Shusheth, keep your voiceth down lero!" The Earl's faithful umbrella, Lero, jumped up from the Earl's lap and peeked it's head up from the lip of the table. "You don't wanteth to irritate the Earl!"
"Now, now. Skin here won't irritate me too much. He shouldn't be questioning, as he isn't going. *heart*" The Earl petted Lero, and the tired umbrella calmed down enough to continue it's interrupted nap. "He's going to be spying on the Exorcists for us when my invited guests come and enjoy themselves for a day. *heart*"
Skin calmed himself down enough to stay silent, and he relaxed his grip on the table--hand-shaped marks were left from his fury.
"If I may ask, who is going?" A tall man in a suit politely asked. He had a tophat resting on the back of his chair.
"You know that one: the Earl, me, Jasdevi, and you, Tyki." A girl with shock-spiked hair sitting next to Tyki replied while licking a lollipop.
"That is correct, my little Road. *heart*" The Earl, with his permanent grin, smiled. "Since you, and the others invited, have been very obedient with your duties, you can take a break for a day from all of this Exorcist fighting." He seemed to be focused on Road.
"Well, this is a change from the norm." Devit sighed, while staring at Jasdero's golden revolver. "At least it's no capturing or murdering of those filthy Exorcists."
"Sounds good!" Jasdero spun the revolver on his finger, watching it catch the light.
"Oh yes, and some of the more evolved Akuma are going to come as guests also. The newer ones are our guards. *heart*" The Earl laughed his throaty chuckle. "Now. The few who are invited, get ready and we'll depart in about 15 minutes. Assembly dismissed. *heart*" The Earl clapped twice to signify the end of the calling.
Some of the uninvited Noah gave quiet groans to show their disapproval of not being able to go to the party.
As the Noah slowly exited the room, the Earl, who was the last to leave, stood up from the table--while still keeping Lero from waking up. As he was about to leave the assembly room, the phone rang.
The Millennium Earl, who had rarely used the phone--he barely noticed that it was in the room--put his gloved finger to his teeth; a curious gesture. He then walked over to the phone, which was on the wall, and picked it up.
"Hello? *heart*" The Earl grinned, talking in his normal friendly tone. "Yes. *heart* This is the waterpark. *heart* Tomorrow? Let me see. *heart*" The Earl pretended to look at a schedule. "Yes, it's available. *heart* How large is your party? Okay. Sounds good. *heart* Bye-bye! *heart*" The Millennium Earl hung up the phone and smiled.
Lero, woken up by the shrill ringing of the phone, sat up. "Who waseth that lero?" It asked sleepily.
"Just some people. *heart* They want to rent the waterpark tomorrow. That's fine by me, as I think I know who that was. *heart*" The Earl turned from the wall, where the phone was, to where Lero was--on the meeting table.
"Does thateth cancel the planseth lero?" The umbrella with the jack-o-lantern top asked curiously.
"No, because that was one of the Black Order. I'll let them come, and we'll see what events unfold tomorrow. I'll order the Noah and the Akuma not to harm the Exorcists. For once, let's give those dirty Exorcists a break. *heart*" The Earl seemed quite overjoyed at the idea.
"Okayeth lero." Lero commented warily.
As Lero watched the Earl scoop the umbrella up into his arms and rock Lero back to sleep, Lero was faintly aware of the Earl exiting the room. Is the Earl in a strangeth mood today lero? The umbrella thought to itself. He musteth be really happeth lero.
Lero was feeling quite drowsy now. The last picture it had on it's mind was the Earl in a bathing suit. *shudder* Then the umbrella fell into a deep slumber. ...
